Action Group for Rural Advancement had collected items for the food donation programme at Rangia, Kamalpur and Dimu on 24th February 2019 and AGRA had also advertised in the social media platform for the collection of food to donate in the Children’s Home at Sishu Mangal Kendra Noonmati, Guwahati; So that the willing people can participate in donation. In a world where millions of people struggle to secure their next meal, food donation drives provide much needed lifeline to people in need as a result people can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Outcome: When children’s specially from a Orphanage home are aware that someone is donating for their benefit, it can lead to several positive effects on their lives and development; for example they feel support from wider community, also they can get motivation for schooling and to achieve their goals, they feel gratitude and they can get inspiration for future volunteer activities and to get themselves involved in humanitarian activities.
