Action Group for Rural Advancement has organised a Career Guidance Programme on 11th October 2018 at 10AM to 4PM for the students of Manabendra Sarma Girls College, Rangia. The reason behind organising this programme is to provide awareness about different scopes, career options, educational options, job market and life skills after graduation as well as to give motivation and encouragement for further studies to the students of that College by the invited resource persons.

With the help of this program students can figure out what they want to do with their lives and how they can prepare for the future. Career guidance can provide them with information and resources which can help them in making important decisions related to careers. Also most importantly career guidance program can boosts self-esteem, improve motivation and confidence among students which can lead to encourage them in choosing a better career.
